Ben Williams is passionate about all things fermenting. He began a chef apprenticeship, completed his fitness qualifications, and dabbled in brewing, before falling in love with fermenting in 2012.

Ben’s fermented foods are an assault on the senses. All products are locally made from the finest of local produce from Taste Budd’s Cooking Studio in Highgate. Ben also hosts bi-monthly cooking classes in the art of fermentation, where you can take home your very own Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Salsa and Kombucha!

66 Barrels caters for many dietary requirements, providing flavour, nutrition, and probiotic goodness for dietary requirements such as: Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-intolerance, Lactose-intolerance and Paleo.

Helen’s Hellish is at the market this week with her jams and relishes and after a couple of weeks away Sapphire Spice it back. The Lesmurdie Saints Junior Football Club will also be at the market this week if you would like more information about Junior Football.
